Privacy
Blackwater Transportation Inc. uses the name, phone number, email address, journey details and notes you submit to respond to your request and coordinate your transportation. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation.
Reservation information
Website reservation requests are stored in our Supabase service and are available to authorized members of our team. We use your phone number or email to discuss your journey. Staff notifications alert the team to updates without including passenger contact details in the notification text.
Address suggestions and form protection
Address searches are sent to Google Maps to show suggestions. Please review the Google Privacy Policy. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the request form from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and verification information as described in its Privacy Policy.
Payments and other contact options
Payments open our separate payment provider. The reservation form does not collect payment card details. If you contact us through your phone, email or WhatsApp app, that service also handles your communication under its own privacy terms.
